I had an issue with my broadband a few months back and instead of sitting back and letting it pass, I decided to complain. I stuck to my guns and got Vodafone to increase their compensation offer from £20 to £150! A personal success for me but I want to share with you exactly what I did and some tips that you folks can take and apply to ANY scenario.
